If you are staying abroad, then it might take longer than usual to deliver the products. What is lavanya Shipping Policy?

For all orders above Rs 2500, shipping within India is free. A charge of Rs 125/- is collected if the orders are below Rs 2500. For international shipping, it's free for orders above Rs. 15,000/- and we charge a small sum for shipping on orders below Rs 15,000/-. The orders will be sent through a reliable courier service

You can easily check the status of your order, whether it is dispatched or on the way or will be delivered on which day through the mail. You will also receive a mail with the tracking number and link. You can click the link and fill in the tracking number to check the status of your order.

Does Lavanya deliver products outside India?

Yes. Lavanya does deliver products outside India. However, a nominal fee is collected if the order costs less than Rs 15,000. But the international deliveries are currently paused due to the COVID situation. It will be resumed once the flight operation usually starts.

Lau, (the flame), a double walled oil lamp made in copper and brass by the Thathera artisans of Jaipur, is an exquisite utilitarian object.the first version of this lamp is gilded with gold and silver leaf. This version of the Lau Diya is simplified with the top detachable. Lau Diya has been awarded with the UNESCO Seal of Excellence for its’ innovative sustainable design. Available in three sizes, it is to be lit using liquid paraffin lamp oil only such as Amaya Luminessences. Before lighting, ensure that the wick is trimmed and not more than 1 mm above the wick holder. It is natural for the products to have subtle variations from piece to piece. Due to the nature of the materials used, there may be some tarnishing or aging of the material. This is a natural process and may require you to clean or polish the material.
